Shipping to our customers is 100% free on every order to almost every country in the world, but returning costs are at your own expense.
- Please send us an e-mail including the reference number and why you want to return the product to: firstname.lastname@example.org.Then we will send you all the information (return address) how to proceed with the return of the product.
- Send the product to the address you got from our e-mail (in Europe). Please NOT to the manufacturer. Make sure the when you send your package it has a tracking number. We only accept returns sent with a tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 days after receiving.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. First contact us by email email@example.com, and we will provide you with any additionally information. We need the returned goods in the same condition as you received them: unworn and with original labels (if there are any) still attached. All items returned should include an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
Printing or manufacturing error
If you want to return your item(s) regarding a printing or manufacturing error, please let us know within 28 days when your products are delivered. Just send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos of the error. In addition, if the error involves a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photos of affected garments. Upon verification, we will send you a new item(s) or we will refund your money.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
